Not enough personal connection
Felt like I was dealing with AI the whole time.
Hey Karla! Rest assured we are 100% human and we do NOT use any AI auto bots for replies. We do have issues with Facebook as they built their own auto-bot system into our FB adds that we can not disable for some reason but everything else is 100% human driven.
To your point we do lean on AI to assist us with personal replies. As the owner of American Offshore, that's on me. I have asked my employees to lean on AI to assist with personal replies so the conversation feels more complete and eliminates grammar issues.
AI is a 'learning on the fly' process so we will take this review and learn from it so we can feel more authentic moving forward.

Thanks guys. Shape and fitment as far as all the drilling goes was spot-on - the bend for closure over the cabin door isn’t right, and it doesn’t close right - figured i’d spend some time on it with a heat gun. What can ya expect?

I needed the hatch lid for my cuddy cabin and American offshore came thru! There was a little delay in shipping but overall I am very pleased with the product!
