BUILD THE AMERICAN
BOATING EXPERIENCE
We build custom boat products that help turn "weekend warriors" into (almost) professional installers. Wanna join the crew?
We Don't Just Sell Parts.
We Solve Problems.
At American Offshore, we specialize in designing & manufacturing the highest-quality custom marine products for the marine industry. We exist for the boat owners who want professional results without the headache.
We are designers, makers, creators, problem solvers and boating enthusiasts committed to craftsmanship and precision engineering. We are growing fast, and we need people who care about quality and attention to detail as much as we do.
Hands-On Impact
You won’t be a cog in a machine. Whether designing, wiring, or manufacturing, you'll see the physical results of your hard work every single day.
Fun Customers
We serve a passionate community of boaters and professional installers who genuinely appreciate American quality and craftsmanship.
Room To Grow
We are dynamic and expanding. If you are ambitious, organized, and ready to learn, there is a clear path for your career to flourish here.
Culture of Quality
We take pride in what we do. If you are the type of person bothered by a crooked label or a loose wire, you’ll fit right in.
Innovation Driven
We combine old-school craftsmanship with modern tech. You'll work with laser engravers, CNCs, and custom design tools to build the best custom products.
Tight-Knit Crew
No corporate bureaucracy here. We are a lean team where everyone pulls their weight, has a voice, and has each other's backs.
Manufacturing Technician
Precision, performance, and craftsmanship. Are you ready to build the best marine-grade products on the water?
We are looking for a detailed-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. You will be responsible for the order picking, sanding, polishing, and assembly of high-quality boat products, ensuring every piece meets the "American Offshore" standard of excellence before it ever hits a customer's boat.
Key Responsibilities: Order Picking, Component Assembly, Quality Control Inspection, Blueprint/Technical Interpretation, and Shop Flow Optimization.
