Refund & Warranty Policy



Here's the deal - we pride ourselves on having a fair, common sense and customer-focused return policy. We acknowledge that there may be instances where a product does not meet your requirements or fails to meet your expectations. In such cases, if you are not entirely satisfied with a product, you can return it within 3
0 days for a refund or exchange.

NOTE: We do not accept returns for any custom-made items.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  i.e. 'Mint' condition.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom manufactured products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (damage, corrosion, etc. NOT caused by you, the purchaser/installer). If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.  Please contact us for return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty's
Your product is automatically registered for our five-year limited warranty on product craftsmanship. Manufacture warranty's on specific components will take precedence.  For example, if a switch installed in your panel has a manufacture warranty of two years then we will only warrant the switch within its two year window. This warranty is only available to the original end-user and cannot be transferred. Please note that products purchased from unauthorized online vendors are not covered by our warranty.

Our warranty policy applies to products with defects in material or craftsmanship under normal use. Any damages caused by using the product outside of its intended use are not covered. It's important to prevent corrosion by properly installing and maintaining the components, as corrosion damage is not covered by our warranty.

If you have a valid claim within the warranty period, we will either replace the product or exchange it with a comparable one, depending on our discretion. The replacement product will have the remaining warranty of the original product or a minimum of thirty (30) days from the date of replacement.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We require the returned products for analysis, and no compensation will be provided for products not returned to us. Additionally, we do not offer compensation for any labor or on-site work required for removing, repairing, or reinstalling the product.

We will not ship warranty replacements until we receive and evaluate/bench test the failed merchandise. If the returned products are found to be in working order, the used parts will either be discarded or returned to the customer at their own expense.
